Businesses have found it dfficult to survive and grow in the current economic environment, creating an opportunity for local government and community partners to be proactive in developing unique programs to stimulate the local economy. One of those programs is the 2011 Business Matchmaking and Networking Event.

Now in its fourth year, the Matchmaking Event includes the following benefits:

* Exposure to large procurement opportunities through one-on-one meetings with local, federal, state, and corporate purchasing agents.
* Training sessions prior to the event to help business owners become certified and prepare for one-on-one meetings.
